We were looking for an agent who was sincere, honest, knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and patient. We just moved from Hawaii with little knowledge of the Las Vegas market, so trust was at the top of our list. To our amazement, Junko was a perfect fit! From the moment we first met, we knew she would be the one. And she proved that our choice was the right one. 1. Communication. She is quick to respond, and remembers all prior communications plus alpha. She compares and explains various areas to consider, and quickly prioritizes our needs and preferences. 2. Knowledge. Not just about the properties themselves, she provides valuable information about surrounding areas and some future developments in planning so we know what our living situation will be 5-10 years from now. 3.
